We co-organise the annual Capital Markets Seminar with the ESADE Alumni Real Estate Club and the Urban Land Institute, and participate in The District, Spain's leading proptech and real estate investment congress.
A one-week live investment case competition with senior professionals from Inmobiliaria Colonial, Anticipa (Blackstone), CBRE, and CONREN TRAMWAY. Teams build financial models, defend assumptions, and present to a jury of executives. Over 100 students have participated across editions.
Students act as investment managers, analysing opportunities and pitching directly to industry professionals from CBRE, Anticipa (Blackstone), and Colliers.
